Looking for: We (Focus magazine) will provide each sponsor promotional/advertising space valued at $1,000. We will publish a photo(s) of a product, short description, company’s web site.
Then, during the first week of the month following the month stated on the cover of the issue, we will determine 3 (three) winners and submit their mailing addresses to the vendors, and vendors then will mail the prizes to the recipients with a congratulatory note. A proof of mailing will be expected and we will contact random winners for satisfaction survey and delivery confirmation. If for any reason the Sponsor will fail to fulfill his obligation as per this Agreement, he will be charged as Advertiser for the space used.
Eligibility: For Sweepstakes we will accept only those products/ services valued at least $100 retail. We require a Sample(s) of the actual product(s) that will be featured, in original packaging- exact match of what will be sent afterwards to 3 winners and matching descriptions/photos that we will publish;
– a short description of the product (up to 80 words);
– high resolution photos of the product (to choose from)
– company’s logo (high resolution) and web site.
